Come back into tune.
Sound and ancient mineral water, used together and used often. Rest in the Cathedral of Sound, soak in a spring-fed rockpool at your villa, and return each season to be retuned.
Rejuvenation you return to
Everything vibrates, the body included. Om pairs two of the oldest ways of restoring it, sound and mineral water, and asks you to come back often enough for them to work.
Resonate響
in the Cathedral of Sound: gongs, crystal and bronze bowls and the human voice, in a sandstone hall built to hold a note. You lie down and let the vibration do the work.
Immerse湯
in certified mineral water, rising through granite at 38.6°C, in a rockpool of your own. Magnesium, bicarbonate, silica and calcium, and heat that lets the body let go.
Return還
each season. The body drifts out of tune with ordinary life; regular visits are how it is brought back. Membership holds your rate and your place in the calendar.

The Cathedral of Sound
A sandstone hall over still water, tuned to hold a note. Sound baths, frequency meditation, chant, Qi Gong and breathwork, a short walk from the spring.
Sound and water, in rhythm
Every stay alternates the two. Heat and minerals soften the body; sound settles the mind; rest lets both land.
Arrive and soak
The first evening is for the rockpool. Heat and minerals settle the body before sound reaches it.
Sound session
A guided session in the Cathedral of Sound: lying still on warm stone while gongs and bowls fill the room.
Water and rest
Back to the spring, then sleep. Sound and water alternate through the stay, never rushed.
Return to tune
Leave lighter, and book the next season before you go. The effect is built by repetition.
Om Membership
One visit feels good. Returning is what changes things. Members choose how often they come back: twice a year, every season, or every month, with two nights in a villa, sound and a treatment each visit, priced per person.
- Autumn
- Around the equinox: the long soak as the valley cools
- Winter
- Around the solstice: snow on Buller, steam in the courtyard
- Spring
- Around the equinox: the farm turns over and the kitchen with it
- Summer
- Around the solstice: Qi Gong on the deck at five, the lake by afternoon
A hot spring of one’s own, above Lake Eildon.
Rain that fell on the Victorian Alps has spent millennia working down through fractured granite; beneath this site it finds a fissure and rises. It surfaces here and nowhere else. What stands here is what will ever stand here.
The water
Water that fell as rain on the Alps and rose through granite, carrying magnesium, bicarbonate, silica, calcium and salt. Certified a healing water, and 38.6°C by the time it reaches the courtyard.
